Dreams are usually associated with the paradoxical sleep phase. It is also called rapid eye movement (REM) or REM sleep. The fact is that human sleep is divided into cycles and they change in waves. In the relaxed phase, a person is as calm as possible, and at the peak, the heartbeat quickens, the muscles tense, and the brain works more actively. It is at these moments that dreams occur, and the brain is most ready to awaken. What comes first is still unclear. Perhaps a person is mobilized because he is dreaming, or maybe vice versa.

This does not mean that you have any problems with your head. Most likely, something is just bothering you or something in your body is not working right.
