Healing dreams. Healing dream
It has long been known that sleep is a source of health and beauty. In addition, there are prophetic dreams; dreams that warn us about future dangers and changes. Of course, sometimes we have nightmares, but this can be a signal that we are tired or sick, or maybe we are getting better. There are also healing dreams. We will talk about them in this article.
Healing dreams
Hippocrates was convinced that some dreams warn of future illnesses, others indicate recovery, but not only testify, but also heal.
Healing dreams are a special type of dream. You can dream about them if you live in peace with yourself, with your soul, and if you are very lucky. People don’t often see such dreams; healing must be earned. How? We must work on ourselves, strive for self-improvement, try to solve long-standing problems, that is, not be in a state of stagnation, much less degradation. Then higher powers will come to our aid so that we can be healed.
In Greek mythology, it is believed that Asclepius, the god of healing and the father of medicine, practiced healing in dreams. He appeared in the dreams of his patients, prepared medicines, applied bandages, and sometimes called upon snakes to help him when they touched the wounds. It is not for nothing that two intertwined snakes - the caduceus of Hermes - are now a symbol of medicine. It is not known whether the famous story of healing of Edgar Cayce (“The Sleeping Prophet”), described in the book by D. Lynn (2000), is connected with this or with something else: “At the age of 21, Cayce developed laryngeal paralysis, which led to complete loss of vote. Edgar was examined by various doctors, but no one could determine the cause of his illness. Then Case asked his friend to help him fall into the same dream as the one that helped him remember the contents of school textbooks as a child. The friend made the appropriate suggestion, and Case entered a sleep-like state. From this state of consciousness, Edgar dictated a regimen for his treatment. The treatment saved him from paralysis, and his voice was completely restored.” Most often in healing dreams we see certain creatures who actually heal us, or dress us in some new clothes, or make some changes in our appearance - all this symbolizes healing. As O. Shuvalova writes, “there is a known case when a seriously ill woman had a dream in which some men in white robes took off her old, dirty jacket, and instead put on a new, light, elegant coat. Somehow in the dream she felt that these men had come to cure her, and indeed, very soon after this dream she began to recover.”
Healing dreams can also include those where no one directly heals us, but we see in a symbolic form how we get rid of certain problems. For example, one woman did energy work to get rid of damage, and at night she had a dream in which a black mouse jumped out of her house and was immediately eaten by a cat. The next morning it became clear that there was no trace left of the damage.
It is no coincidence that they say that sleep itself is the best medicine. Many of us know how it sometimes happens: we went to bed sick in the evening, and woke up in the morning - and there were no signs of illness! Healing dreams are not always memorable. Usually, when we receive healing in a dream, we do not remember the dream itself at all. And seeing a healing dream and remembering it is a great rarity and great luck.
What should you dream about in order to consider that the dream was healing?
Is it possible to understand from the content of the dream that it was healing? It turns out that it is possible. There are certain images that portend healing, health, and longevity.
If a sick person dreams of quietly and brightly flowing streams or fountains, if the dreamer climbed a mountain, if a policeman visited him in a dream, if he dreamed of a rake or a crazy person, if he felt sick in a dream, if he felt cold, eats rice, washed his feet or the head, if light from the sky illuminates his body - all this foreshadows the patient’s recovery.
To this you can add the following images:
Insects crawling over your body in a dream means you will soon recover.
Sitting or lying in the forest means a speedy recovery.
Seeing a crab in a dream or sitting on a pile of fish means recovery.
According to the research of E. Tsvetkov, it is good to see in your dreams: for health, healing, longevity:
1) clear night, red color, climb the mountain;
2) cemetery, stones on graves, being a dead person at a funeral, reading inscriptions;
3) head removed, clean white teeth, pale cheeks, feeling sick or crazy, feeling nauseous, cold, stomach pain, being young, coughing;
4) a woman with long beautiful hair, cheerful people, a policeman who came on a visit, old people, colorful fish;
5) long rope (long life), white wax, work with a rake, dig up treasure, cross the threshold;
7) to see how you celebrate your birthday, not to catch someone, to make a will (long life).
A healing dream, regardless of the nature of its origin, has an extremely powerful effect on a person. It's all about your faith in the technique with which you heal or are being healed. By itself, no technique brings healing - the body heals itself in response to it, since it always strives for healing, this is its organic property.

Fly in a dream. The story of a real illness and recovery - dreams come true
The story of a real illness and recovery is a dream come true. Six months ago I had a dream: I saw my friend doing all sorts of nasty things to me. She's mad at me, and so are her sister and mother. I'm standing near the sink. She’s dirty and old and I’m spitting blood in there, and in my head are the words: disease, disease, disease.
Then I still didn’t want to believe in it, and it’s hard to believe that people close to you can do such things, but time has shown everything and put it in its place. Now she is not my friend.
Three weeks ago I had a dream: I was walking on bridges over rivers in the park. I approach the pond, it is all covered with duckweed and mud, the water is old and musty.
I find myself above the water and by all indicators I should fall into this water, I really don’t want to fall. I stop and hover a millimeter away from the duckweed and mud, hang there for a short time, and then take off and fly over the water and land on the opposite bank of the pond.
People are standing near the pond and shouting in surprise: this cannot be! Look how she flies! In my dream, I am very glad that I did not fall into this swamp.
The story of a real illness and recovery - dreams come true
The next day I discovered a tumor in my chest with a diameter of 1.5-2 centimeters. She was very sick and was constantly sick for two weeks.
But I already knew where it came from (a friend who did damage), so I didn’t panic, but did an affirmation of healing and cleansing with salt.
A week later I had a dream: again this friend, she rolled up minced meat with rice the size of a football, put it in the microwave to fry, then took it out and gave it to me.

Dream book of dreams come true
I escaped and first flew through the forest, and then ran. Three men are chasing me. They shoot arrows at me from their bows. And then I take off and fly out of the forest into the sky and see two arrows flying after me. I fly even higher, trying to dodge them and see how they first hovered in the air, I dodged them, and they fell back into the forest.
Then I calmly land on the ground. I have an apple in each hand, red, ripe, beautiful. I start eating one, it’s juicy and tasty. After two weeks, the tumor disappeared, as if it had never existed.

The main thing is don’t worry and don’t take it to heart . Dreams that predict illness only warn about possible disruptions in the body, and that you need to pay more attention to your health and lifestyle. Think positively!
What do you dream about illness?
During sleep, the body tries to convey various information to a person through understandable visual images. Any dreamer should think about his well-being when his dreams changed: he began to see something bad in his dreams, which he had never imagined before.
Medical professionals believe that special attention should be paid to recurring visions. By repeating the same plot in a dream, the subconscious tries to direct the dreamer’s attention to some main detail or event that the sleeper lost sight of.
However, there may be another option. People who are prone to a tragic perception of reality may experience periodically recurring disturbing dreams. This category of people needs to think about the possible causes of recurring dreams and find the essence of the problem within themselves. What dreams do you have about illness? What images do you still need to pay close attention to?
Dream frequency indicates a number of conditions
Most people have four to six dreams every night. As a rule, you remember not the most vivid dream, but the most recent one - the one whose plot was interrupted by awakening. You can also remember a dream if you wake up shortly after it ends. But if you notice that the plots of your night dreams change each other, as if in a dizzying kaleidoscope, this is a clear sign indicating mental health problems, which may include anxiety disorder and depression. These disturbances lead to you waking up frequently in the middle of the night. This is why you remember more dreams. If you are concerned about this situation, we advise you to keep a diary in which you will record the number of stories that you managed to remember during the night. Even if you think you are not experiencing mental health problems, the frequency of dreams suggests otherwise.
Other reasons why a person dreams more during the night could be that the temperature in the bedroom is too hot or too cold, chronic pain, or an addiction to antidepressants. Hormones can also increase the frequency of dreams.

Dreams-harbingers
According to dream books, the most common images and dreams foreshadowing various ailments and diseases can be the following:
However, there are dreams and images, the appearance of which indicates improved health and a speedy recovery. Then the following dreams appear in our subconscious:
Thus, the subconscious of every person tries to warn him through dreams about possible illnesses or a speedy recovery.
However, in addition to various images that appear during a night's rest, sometimes dreams occur in which the sleeper clearly sees himself or his family and friends as unhealthy. We will also try to consider why such dreams occur in our article.
Illness of a loved one
In addition to the illness of the dreamer himself, sometimes dreams appear in which a loved one is unhealthy. Why do you dream about a loved one’s illness? What to expect from such a dream?
The illness of loved ones symbolizes a possible threat that appears on the path to finding harmony and happiness in the circle of family and friends.
A dream in which the sleeping person’s mother is unwell symbolizes unhappiness and mental suffering.
